Terms of Service

By placing an order with LuRaes Boutique, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.


General Information

LuRaes Boutique is a preorder-based boutique offering smocked, embroidered, and custom apparel. Many items are made-to-order or sourced through trusted vendors, which means extended processing times may apply.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.


Ordering & Payments

  • All orders are considered final once placed.
  • Payment is required to secure your order. Unpaid invoices may result in order cancellation and/or removal from future sales.
  • We accept payments through Square and PayPal (upon request).

By submitting an order, you confirm that all details (including size, design, and personalization) are correct.


Preorders & Turnaround Time (TAT)

  • Many items are sold as preorders.
  • Estimated arrival times (ETAs) are provided for when items are expected to arrive to us, not directly to you.
  • After arrival, items will be sorted and shipped to customers.

Please note:

  • ETAs are estimates only and may change due to vendor delays, production issues, or shipping delays outside of our control.
  • By ordering, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.


Shipping

  • Shipping is calculated by weight unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS within the United States only.
  • Once an order has been shipped, LuRaes Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If an issue arises, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our end. This includes:

  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size received
  • Defective or damaged item upon arrival

Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details to be considered for a resolution.


Custom & Personalized Items

  • All custom and personalized items are final sale.
  • Please double-check spelling, sizing, and design choices before submitting your order.
  • LuRaes Boutique is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.


Product Variations

Due to the handmade and custom nature of many items:

  • Slight variations in color, fabric, stitching, or placement may occur
  • These variations are not considered defects


Claims & Communication

By placing an order through our website or social media platforms (including Facebook group claims), you are entering a binding agreement to purchase the item.

Failure to complete payment or repeated non-payment may result in removal from future sales.


Limitation of Liability

LuRaes Boutique is not liable for:

  • Shipping carrier issues (delays, lost, or stolen packages)
  • Delays caused by vendors or production
  • Misuse or normal wear and tear of products
