Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Due to the custom and preorder nature of our items, refunds or replacements will only be issued if there is an error on our end. This includes:
- Receiving the wrong item
- Receiving the wrong size
- Receiving an item that is significantly defective or damaged upon arrival
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for review.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
LuRaes Boutique is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in color or fabric due to screen differences or handmade/custom production
